Closer and closer by the day

Although I think these holes may have been drilled on a Friday afternoon after a few tins, I assume someone is going to be getting a good kicking for ruining the front door which I assume will now have to be replaced...

Showers and mirrors in

Went up today to drop off a replacement light to find there was nobody on site, doh!

Anyway could see from outside that the showers and mirrors have been installed so not a totally wasted journey :)

And here's some more piccies of the front of the house now its pretty much finished and our funky door has been revealed.

Getting close now!

Electricians were in today fittings all the plug sockets and light switches and tomorrow they are starting the lighting

Next week all the sanitary items are due to be fitted so we are really getting close to Practical Completion :)

Locked Out!

We are now locked out (boo) until the house is finished and we get the keys, loads happening though they definitely don't seem to be slowing down!

Front doors have had a lick of paint

Ceilings are painted and shelving is going into the pantry and all the walk in robes

Cabinets being fitted into the laundry

Cabinets in the En-Suite, with the wrong worktops though we changed the colour but they have fitted the old colour by mistake so they have to change them... you can just see the his and hers basins fitted already too.

Almost at lockup

Thought we would have one more visit to site before we are locked out.

The joiner was there and the doors were going on, don't worry we aren't having blue doors its just a plastic film to protect them!
