Rendered

As the title says, we reach yet another milestone

The plumbers have also finished all the pipework and there are bags of plaster in the garage so I assume internal plastering is scheduled for next week

Roof on!

Obviously the little bit of tin does magically stretch to fit the roof because a visit to site today and we have this...

The electricians, plumbers and media wiring guys have been busy too as all the prewiring and chasing out of the plumbing is now complete

Internal roofs and plastering "to follow shortly" according to the builders email update today

Spaghetti Junction

Well the tin roof seems to be waiting outside the house ready to be fitted although there didnt look like there was a lot of it there... maybe it magically goes much further than it looks like it will, time will tell I suppose!

The guys are starting to put in the internal roofing where they are covered which is only the garage and porch at the moment but it looks good anyway.

There has been lots of wiring on site though.  The electricians have done all the prewiring for the lights and plug sockets and the company who are doing all our media, network and security wiring have been in and done all their prewiring too.

In the porch with the Video Intercom chased out on the far wall

Ian's room!

Main Bedroom

Conduits for wall mounting the Plama in the Living Area

Where the wood burner will be going

Kitchen with a squillion wires for spotlights

Video Intercom in the Living Area

Not sure what these are, assume some kind of vents for the tin roof

Looking through a doorway into the rear hallway

Network cabling to the Junction Box in the Garage

A lot tidier on site too its actually starting to feel more like our house now :)

They have also started to do work on the park at the bottom of the road, its all levelled out now and they have started to dig a very deep massive hole.  No idea what its for but it looks interesting!

And last but not least a view of Karridale Vista from the park
