Ellenbrook, our little bit of Australia
Well the deposit is down and our offer has been accepted by the land owner. The big build adventure starts here!
The plot is on Karridale Vista which is on the new Malvern Springs part of Ellenbrook which is currently just a big mass of sand where they are clearing bushland but by April the land should be titled and we will own our plot which is a very decent sized 660m2.

Apparently the artists impressions in the brochure are of our street, think it might just take a few years to look anything like that considering how it looks at the minute!
